Jardin Del Mar is situated approximately 2 km. from the town centre of Torrevieja, Costa Blanca. Located between the two salt lakes, this residential area was developed approximately five years ago. It is now well established with pleasant gardens, local shops and supermarkets, and an assortment of café-bars, restaurants and take-away outlets to provide for all tastes. There are many Spanish bars, English Café's, Irish bars, an India take-away, Chinese restaurants and even McDonalds!
The area is flat, ideal for walking and cycling. From the Playa Naufragos a footpath and cycle track runs alongside the salt lake to the village of Los Montesinos. Jardin Del Mar is ideally placed to provide quiet, private family holiday accommodation, whilst being within comfortable reach of town, markets, beaches, & Aquapolis water park. More FacilitiesBed linen, house-towels and electricity are included in the rental price, as is house servicing between visitors, and there are no hidden extras after arrival. There is a community pool nearby for exclusive use of houses around them, in most cases this is accessed by a key and 'Pass' which are kept in the house. For "soap" or sports addicts English TV is often available (although reception cannot be guaranteed). Some of the villas have air conditioning included, and all of them have fans - essential in the height of summer! Shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants are just a few minutes walk away, and for those who prefer not to drive, local buses run into town and to the beach areas. |
